Agree with all users, The motorcycle is useless. The cols has cold start problems. The engine runs for 49 seconds without throttle in idle state when I crank the engine in the morning. The engine dies when i chug the accelerator when clutch is used. In traffic also the bike stalls when clutch is fully pressed. The re is an unbearable engine hiss. The seat is very hard. The dealer is an unscrupulous person lacking in infrastructure and the mechanic is untrained. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. BUY RE INSTEAD

Worst choice not recommended.Cons: break failure issues in break drum, Break noise, Over heating, Noise from engine, Oil leakage, Sealing complaint, Front light over heat and mist formation, Speedo meter issues mist and water logging, Front fork issues, Worst mileage, Low ground clearance very dangerous while turning roads, Not fit to ride with pillion, Rust formation, Uncomfortable seats, Worst spares no durability, Service people's didn't know how to solve issues, Maintenance cost is too high.

No sufficient ground clearance.Noise from front suspension.Rear suspension is very hard and seat is also very hard.No comfort while driving.If driven for 1hour, Have to take rest.Pinion seating position is also not comfortable.When brakes are applied, Pilion rider will tend to fall on rider.Footrest position not placed properly.Overall, Will not recommend buying this bike.We have to pay more and there is no comfort at all.

It's a good bike.I purchased 42 2.1 a month ago.Great short pickup bike as well as a head turner.Everyday people ask me details about my bike.Feel proud.Yes it has some small issues like ground clearance.Parts unavailability in local shops.Some rusting issue on parts.Costly accessories like back rest & leg guard.Seat is not so comfortable & not big.But rest all good rather it's great oh it's brilliant.

Superb bike for long and short rides, Bike is very comfortable only seat needs to be changed, Rest everything is good power milage for twin silencer is good.This is my 2years of experience with the bike, Overall bike is too good.Just love it.

Jawa forty two is a reliable long ride bike with good build quality in this price segment.Riding comfort is bit of downside, But change of seats would do good.City mileage falls at 32kmpl while compared against 35kmpl in the highways.
