Posture of GT 650 won't suit for long rides as it is lean forward posture. And you being at my same height can go for interceptor 650 which is the ideal one for long rides. I have got mine just a week back.

As per your requirements, you may go for KTM 390 Adventure its spacious and comfortable ergonomics, its ability to tackle all kinds of roads and cover distances with ease will win it a lot of admiration and desirability. I am afraid of fuel injection technology due to choking problem which happens if the petrol is with impurities or rust inside the tank walls so in future whether Royal Enfield Continental GT will get carburetor so that checking the fuel level when reaching reserve will be easier and with digital fuel level indicator it's not accurate and ending up tank is empty, or is it ok to buy with fuel injection please advise

Nowadays as a practice all vehicles are fuel injected so can't help. Plus if it is FI then u get more power. Ensure to refuel from a known petrol pump which gives good quality fuel

I also had the same doubt.. I liked both of them..but ultimately chose duke 390 because it is light weight and easily maneuverable in city and fun in the highways...it is electronically much superior than gt 650. Both have same power but duke accelerate faster.. only problem is duke 390 heats up very fast.. the radiator fan is very annoying and turns on in the slightest of traffic jams...u have to be careful about the TFT display and protect it from rain otherwise mist will form inside the display.. apart from these it is an awesome bike and the best bike if u have a budget of 3 lacs ..hope this helps

Both are worth for its price. Duke 390 is more manageable in city ride compared to GT 650 because of its size. Personal I like GT 650 for its looks and because it's twin cylinder. Duke 390 has its upper hand in technology like mobile connectivity and abs mode. It all comes to your daily use. GT 650 has time less design which will looks beautiful for many years with its minimalistic design. I feel GT 650 is better than Duke 390 for long term. For touring Duke 390 is good for its seating position compared to GT 650. GT 650 vs Duke 390 is more like looks vs usability.

Except for the difference in the seating posture between the two there is no other difference.Depends whether you want the daily city commute with occasional long distance riding for which the Interceptor 650 is more suitable because of its more upright seating posture or a short distance Speed riding for which the Continental GT 650 is more suitable because of its forward leaning(committed) seating posture! GT sitting position is not suitable for city use. it's only good for highways. besides, you may consider interceptor. both of them have twin engine and more power than TBX500 obviously because of 650cc. if you are not going for long rides it's no use taking a bike with such high power output. TBX500 is good for both city rides, highways, long rides and lots of space for pillion. take test ride of all three , weigh your requirements and then select final model. happy riding.

Both of the bikes come from different segments. Ninja 300 is more of a sport tourer. Has Higher top speed. More refined engine. More leaning riding posture. Maintanance cost is higher than continental gt 650. On the other hand, GT 650 has huge torque numbers. Slightly higher power, but lacks the refinement. Posture is somewhat leaning.
