    The New-gen Skoda Octavia is expected to launch by early-2021. The Octavia could be offered two petrol engine options. A diesel engine is highly unlikely as Skoda has decided to take the petrol-only route in the BS6 era.     Skoda at present does not have any plans to reintroduce diesel versions across any segment in India!

    It is a darling to drive.Very sturdy.Strong doors.Even today after almost 10 yrs it feels good.I hv tried a few cars for test drive, & when i return to my car, I hv always felt my car is better than that new test driven car.It gives literally a tank like feel.Xcellent pick up very easy to over take.Huge trunk.Superb mileage almost 18kms/l on high way.Solid steering feed back.Leather interiors look good.The automatic transmission is one of the best in its class.Last 10 yrs there were no issues.The only draw back i felt was its bulkiness & length in city driving conditions.
