  • Q. Is Tata Tiago petrol engine has more noise sound than others petrol engine?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 1 month ago

If we talk about the engine refinement, then yes, Tata Tiago lack it a bit and feels a little rough being 3-cylinder units compared to others. However, for exact cognizance, we'd recommend taking a test drive of the car. Click on the link for New Car Showrooms.

In the hatchback segment...Tata Tiago...Engine noise could be heard if you have not switched on radio...Noise less is minimal...

Nvh levels are low in hyndai I10 than tata tiago.Tatas build quality is good and budget friendly. Even in terms of mileage tiago is good. Overall package & features is way near to reach in tiago

    Vinod
    Vinod | 1 week ago

It depends on your need & budget. Baleno is one segment higher car & costly too. It will compete i20 & Ford freestyle, Toyota Glanza. If you are on tight budget Tiago is best option. If you can spend some more can go for baleno. Best luck

  • Q. Which one is better Tata Tiago XT or Santro Sportz?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 2 weeks ago

We would like to bring to your kind notice that Tata has already discontinued the XT variant on its mid-sized hatchback Tiago. So, it would be difficult to give the proper comparison between Tata Tiago XT and Santro Sportz. Moreover, if you are looking for Hyundai Santro Sportz, will be good in terms of low maintenance and service network with added features but misses out on passenger airbag, speed-sensing door locks and height-adjustable driver’s seat. As XT variant is discontinued so in comparison to Santro Sportz you may go for XM variant of Tiago as it comes with dual airbags which will be good in safety terms. Tiago XM offers a nice balance between convenience. The notable additions are mostly in the cabin with all four power windows, interior lamps with theatre dimming, collapsible grab handles with coat hook and rear parcel shelf. We'd recommend you to take a test drive post which you would be able to make a better judgment.

  • Q. Is 3-cylinder engine of Tata Tiago reliable for driving?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 1 month ago

The petrol and diesel engine generates 85PS and 70PS of power, respectively which is the most powerful in its class and being 3-cylinder units, they make some vibrations and are quite noisy. The longevity of the vehicle would depend on several factors like driving conditions, timely service management, usage of the car, etc. We'd recommend taking a test drive of the car for more information.
