Baleno is as swift as the Swift. I've taken mine to 150s and I've never felt any issues in handling or drive. Its a very stable car. The reason for a fibre front is mainly as a pedestrian protection issue. Also, it reduces the impact onto to driver or co passengers.

I drive in hilly area as i belong from so never got to test on that speed maximum speed i have got is 60 till now as we and it works fine for me but if you want fast driving car then go for swift or dezire
The ride quality of the new Baleno is far superior to any of the recent models launched by Maruti Suzuki in India. In fact, we could go so far as to say that it is probably the best. It rides with a certain poise and confidence. Due to a well-weighted steering wheel and the taut suspension set up the handling of the car is really good. The steering is light and reasonably communicative, more in tune for city use. It’s a large car, but there’s hardly any body roll or wallowing. Brakes, too, are good for their job, with ABS and EBD ensuring it stops quickly and safely.Do take the test drive of the car in order to judge the ease and comfort.

It's slightly on the stiffer side which is sporty and improves handling on high speeds but you may feel bumps on low speeds..
Maruti Baleno doesn’t really stand out from its peers and seems like an evolution of the Swift. Maruti Suzuki has been rather conservative on the styling front, with soft lines and smooth corners everywhere - nothing too futuristic or any outrageous attempts to be drastically different from what’s available in the market with this car. The design being a personal thing, Maruti’s new Liquid Flow might appeal to several of the existing Swift buyers, and am sure many would be tempted to trade up to the larger Baleno. From the Swift to the S-Cross Maruti has been sticking to dark interiors and the Baleno gets a similar treatment. In fact, I’m happy that the beige trend is slowly starting to fade away. What also grabs your attention is the speedo console which is backlit in blue and comes with a multi-information display which shows a variety of information like real-time fuel consumption, Moving to the back, the Baleno is as spacious as it can get. There is ample legroom and even sitting three abreast for averaged sized people is not a problem at all. The only drawbacks being the absence of rear ac vents and a center armrest. Boot space is adequate too at 339 litres but gets a slightly high-ish loading lip. We like what the new Baleno brings to the table. Its got refreshing new style, plenty of features, in fact, the Baleno gets ABS, EBD and dual airbags standard across all variants, climate control, apple Carplay, and the works. Yes, it could do with more powerful engine options but then India is a market for high fuel efficiency numbers and the Baleno has got that covered. Coming across as the second product in the Nexa line up, the Baleno will go head on with the Elite i20, the Jazz and the Polo. What remains to be seen is the price. If at all Maruti manages to price it a rung lower than its rivals, the Baleno is sure to cause the competition a lot of worries! For more information click the below link:- Maruti Suzuki Baleno : Detailed Review:- https://www.zigwheels.com/reviews-advice/reviews/maruti-baleno-first-drive-india-review/23355/ Hyundai Elite I20 vs Maruti Baleno Comparison:- https://www.zigwheels.com/compare-cars/hyundai-elite-i20-vs-maruti-suzuki-baleno
Baleno is a large car, but there’s hardly any body roll or wallowing. Brakes, too, are good for their job, with ABS and EBD ensuring it stops quickly and safely. The suspension is also very good too. the Baleno absorbed most bad surfaces in bumpy roads. Please follow the link for the proper review of this car.
The Sigma being the base variant does not get many fancy features and comes with front power windows only. However, if you are planning to buy Maruti Suzuki Baleno, then we'd recommend opting for the Zeta variant as it offers a great value for money.
