Q. Rajeshji, I want to know how is the performence of Maruti Gypsy? Its refinement and power in 4x4 etc because you are using it. I am interested in buying one new gypsy for off road purpose.

Have been using gypsy,total 3 numbers including the present one which is running 12 years.The 1st one was 1,00ltr engine way back in 1990 and ever since 'am using,believe it or not I have just crossed 6 decades of age but for any serious travel with in the state my old trusted gypsy goes with me not the other vehicle.Coming back to the 4X4 matter,all I have to say is that a little but not expensive attention is needed from time to time and as somebody aptly named the gypsy "mountain goat" I would add that it is a he goat it will never let you down with in its capacity.

Dear sir, I have not yet tested the 4x4 off road till now. But on hard surface The vehicle is sturdy but unable to negotiate curves at high speeds. So it is an old type of vehicle you really have to have liking to use one as it gives power, sturdiness tough on road and asks same from the person handling it.
