• Q. I have due service in January 2021. This will be 4th service of 2nd year/10K km. As of now my car has been driven 9K km. I have plan to go out of city and to be returned by Jan but at that point of time, Car might have driven 12K km. So is it ok to service in 12k km or should i get it serviced now?

Q. My car is Ciaz Delta Smart Hybrid Automatic dec 2020 model. I observed that fuel range is showing incorrect and inconsistent .Today I observed that after filling 10 litres of petrol fuel range showed as 184 km then travelled for 10 kms then the fuel range showed is 82 Km.I don't understand the problem.

Q. I have bought a new Ciaz automatic AT. For the 1st time when we drove it, everything was ok but the 2nd day I tried to start it, I was not able to start, then I contacted the dealer and they said it may be due to battery not being charged fully because it has not being used so much and is an automatic car, then next day they came and jump started it and after that it was again ok for a day, but the next day we tried to start it again and the same thing happened again. What do you think can be the problem? Should I replace the car or wait for some time?

Q. Planning to buy Ciaz Alpha Petrol Manual, Some suggestions from you all can help a lot to me, best time to book the car in December. (Around 15th December, will it be ok ?) 2 – Mileage of the car in City and Highway (Mumbai) 3 – What price can I expect (approx.) as a final quotation, as it shows Rs. 11.90 lakh as the price without any kind of negotiation (Mumbai) 4 – Should I also look for Zeta Model, as the only difference in Zeta and Alpha is Touch Screen Music System and Leather Cover which can also be added at lower price from the showroom itself.
