Theoretically yes, as long as the grounding is good and power supply is well regulated. NexonEV needs a 220V, 15A power supply, which translates to 3.3kW.

I don't think so; you can replace standard 220V/15A with 3.3 kWh. If this kind of practices is done, battery life will be surely affected.

@ Vinoth | Did you tried ever with handy genset

A 5KVA inverter based generator which gives a consistent freq and Voltage will surely can do the Job... Only problem taking this generators along on the Journey as they are heavy and these generators need approx 1.5Litre petrol per hour and for a 8 hour charging period 3KWA load we need around 12 to 14 litres of petrol....the mileage seems same or better when as compared to a petrol car :)... Maybe Tata comes with a genes fitted model.....:)

Not possible, it can be charged only from equipped changing point at home or changing station
