Vespa SXL 150 BS4

Piaggio has updated its Vespa range of 150cc scooters in India with single-channel ABS. This results in a price bump of Rs 6,000 to 8,000 which pushes the price of the Vespa SXL 150 to Rs 1.04 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune). Aside from this, the scooter remains unchanged. Aside from this, the scooter remains unchanged.The iconic Vespa is much sought-after because of its funky design and reasonably powerful engine. Piaggio, the parent company of Vespa, has updated the 150cc scooter range for 2019. As part of the 2019 update, it gets three new colours, Matt Rosso Dragon, Matt Yellow and Azzuro Provenza along with machine cut alloy wheels. Apart from the new paint schemes and alloy wheels, the brand has updated the scooter with smartphone connectivity as well. Called the Vespa Connectivity app, it lets users access their scooter’s details like service history and last-parked location on their smartphones. The Panic Alert feature helps the user to reach out to the pre-set emergency contact with the current location, should anything unfortunate occur.

The Vespa SXL and VXL 150 are powered by 154.8cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor. Working in conjunction with a CVT unit, the motor pushes out 10.06PS and 10.9Nm. Brakes include a 220mm front disc and a 140mm rear drum. The scooters ride on 110/70-11 front and 120/70-10 rear tyres shod on alloy wheels.

The Vespa SXL 150 has square headlamp and a slightly longer design line on the apron. The VXL 150 on the other hand as a round headlamp.
