Is this bike better than KTM RC 390

Again it's depend on you. RC390 is more power full coz it has 90 cc extra. and price is also little high. RR310 is better than RC390 in compare of price, milage, performance and mostly look wise and top speed is almost same RC390 is competitor of RR310. so yes RR310 is better than RC390 if you are looking for a good sporty bike in decent price.

In power and top speed rc is better, but difference is little, you wont be disappointed. Rest, the rr310 is ahead of rc in terms of ride comfort, handling and mileage, and it looks uber stylish.

In terms of touring , commuting , riding posture and mileage , yes it is better than RC390

Depends on your riding style and your preference of comfortness :-)
