  • Q. How about the spare parts availability and maintenance as I have heard that there are lot of issues for spares as its not available in showrooms. What is the maintenance costs of this in 2018 - CBR250R?

    Spare parts availability is actually arguable since they are producing 250R even in 2018(New model came out). I hope it is not bad as it seems. At Least here in kerala. yes it might take a week but nothing like that of a scarce situation.

    Cbr version parts are only brought by preorders. maintenance is 3k for general services but that's yearly twice since you got a larger engine

  • Great Bike In This Segment

    I have been using this bike for the last 8 years. Honestly, this bike is a legendary bike in the quarter-liter segment, it has a very reliable and smooth engine. The build quality is good but the spare parts are a little expensive and the mileage is quite good for a 250 cc bike. Now I am getting like 30 to 33 per kmpl also the brake are too good. The body balancing is dam good while doing the corners but I have to change the tyres, I have ridden the bike around 47000 km and I'm happy to be owned a bike like CBR250R.
