It can be used upto 200-300 km long journey with 5 or more breaks occassionally. but it is not ideal for such long journey try latest 150 CC bikes for such long journey.

Sure, I've tried it several times. From Kottayam (85 kms) to Kochi, Trissur (150 kms), Trivandrum (165 kms). I felt no tiredness. May be there are people ride more than that. My assumption is that TVS bikes are good, smooth and torquier.

It is very comfortable bike in its segment. I run my bike maximum 120 KMs in one go without any fatigue.

After 40km continues riding it's hard seat starts poking and suspensions are also hard

You can use but be careful because Tyres are so small for rear and drum brake is very poor(rear)

Yes I ride 600km in 11 hours continue riding with my Star City Plus also with pillion.

This is a commuter machine.. I use it for 110 kms daily ( up and down).. I think occasionally you can run it for 200 kms.. (with some halt.)

You can but it is not that much comfortable for such a long journey.But as per road condition of our country it is very much suitable.

Yes my dear you can. My longest journey on TVS Star City Plus was from Gorakhpur to Ghaziabad in 41 Degree

In every bike, for long ride more then 200 km you have to do some changes.
