Powerful engine, low foot height

i am using this vehicle since 2 years, i feel the it has powerful engine but pickup is low. my wife is new driver of scooty and because of the low foot height this is has very good seat height approach. mileage i noticed around 40kmpl. still hero needs to reduce the the engine noice.
