2024 Harley Davidson Nightster

Price: The 2024 Nightster is priced from Rs 13,39,000, and has only two colour options: Billiard Grey and Vivid Black. The 2024 Nightster Special is priced from Rs 14,09,000 (both ex-showroom, pan-India), and has four colour options: Billiard Grey, Black Denim, Baja Orange, and Red Rock.

Features: The new Harley-Davidson Nightster has a circular analogue instrument cluster with a small digital display. The new Nightster Special has a 4-inch circular TFT display with all the telltale readouts as well as smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. Rider safety aids include ABS, traction control, engine brake control system and the Nightster Special also gets four riding modes: Road, Rain, Sport and one customisable mode, apart from a tyre pressure monitoring system.

Engine: Both the variants of the Nightster get the same 975cc Revolution Max 975T V-twin liquid-cooled engine. It puts out 90PS at 7500rpm and 95Nm at 5750rpm, and comes linked to a 6-speed gearbox with belt drive. The Nightster’s claimed mileage is 18.18kmpl.

Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: The 2024 Harley-Davidson Nightster is equipped with 41mm Showa telescopic fork and preload-adjustable twin rear shocks. Braking duties are handled by discs at both ends, with the one up front having an axial caliper. The Nightster has a 705mm tall seat while the Nightster S has a 715mm tall seat. Both the variants of the Nightster have a 11.7-litre fuel tank. The Nightster has a 221kg kerb weight while the Nightster S weighs 225kg.

Rivals: The Nightster primarily goes up against the Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster and the Indian Sport Scout.

Variants: The Nightster has two variants: Standard, priced from Rs 13.39 lakh; and the Special, priced from Rs 14,09,000. The Special variant gets a more feature-packed TFT console with smartphone connectivity and navigation, more riding aids and more premium colour schemes.
