Exchanging your old car for a new one

Better looking cars, fresher and higher spec variants and the changing transportation needs of the urban middle-class has and will continue to urge them towards seriously considering exchanging their older models for newer and higher utility vehicles.
Not surprisingly, manufacturers and private new/used car dealers have managed to capitalize on this phenomenon for as long as we can think back and as we see today most single and multi-brand dealerships offer their customers certain remittances in the form of a discount or some loyalty bonuses (for e.g. selling an old Honda model for a newer one) when purchasing a new car from their showrooms in exchange for their older vehicles.
Although expecting a very high re-sale value for your old car is quite a farfetched possibility at such dealerships, their willingness to capture your older vehicle post standard valuation procedures helps a customer to cut down on his/her overall transaction time of selling his older car and actually getting down to buying a worthy replacement.
