Today we take a look at two greenish cars on a budget. The Tigor offers buyers the rather unique option of both a CNG and an Electric variant in the exact same package. Though the Tigor i-CNG and the Tigor EV are priced far apart, this gives us the opportunity to explore the dynamic capabilities of an EV vs a CNG car with the same basic platform.
