🚗 The Audi e-tron is expected to be launched in India at the end of this year or early 2020 🚗 Audi e-tron expected price: Rs 1 crore - Rs 1.20 crore (ex-showroom). 🚗 Electric SUV with a claimed range of around 400km. One charge for a week’s use! 🚗 Audi e-tron 0-100kmph claimed time stands at 5.7 seconds The Audi e-tron is going to be Audi’s first mass produced electric vehicle for India. On the size front, it’s larger than the Audi Q5, smaller than the Audi Q7 but will be priced right atop Audi India’s SUV range. It’s a long range electric vehicle with the 95kWh lithium-ion battery promising a claimed range of 400km and a charge time of as little as 30 minutes (using a 150kW DC fast charger). All e-trons sold in India will get an 11kW AC charger as standard that offers a 0-100 per cent charge time of around 9 hours, while an optional 22kW AC charger drops that down to 4.5 hours. While the e-tron is, at its core, an eco-friendly EV, it’s still as luxurious as you’d expect an Audi to be. Features include standard adaptive air suspension, matrix LED headlights, a panoramic sunroof, the Audi Virtual Cockpit, dual MMI touchscreens, 4-zone climate control and the optional Audi Virtual Mirrors i.e. cameras that replace the standard wing mirrors.
