The new Audi A6 has just been launched in India and it comes in two variants - Premium Plus & Technology that are priced at Rs 54.20 lakh and rs 59.20 lakh. Standard features in the entry level Premium Plus include 2 zone climate control, LED headlights, LED tail lights, a 10-speaker music system, Audi MMI navigation, a big sunroof & 18-inch alloy wheels. With the top Technology variant you get stuff like 4 zone climate control, Matrix LED headlights, Audi's Virtual Cockpit digital instrumentation, 10-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels & motorized steering adjustment.
As compared to the old car the new A6 gets a bigger 2.0 litre petrol engine that produces 245PS/370Nm. It is mated to a 7-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission as standard (FWD) and has a claimed 0-100kmph time of 6.8 seconds and top speed is limited at 250 kmph. This new engine also employs a 12V mild hybrid system and the new A6 2019 has a claimed fuel efficiency of 14.11kmpl.
Standard safety features across all variants include lane departure warning, ESP, traction control, ISOFIX & tyre pressure monitoring, along with front, side, rear side and curtain airbags.
