The 2018 Volvo XC40 is certainly a hotly anticipated luxury SUV. Not long after we drove it in Barcelona (video: https://goo.gl/iCZVSu0), Volvo is all set to launch the compact luxury SUV in India. The XC40 is the Volvo that’ll rope in young customers i.e. people who’ve had little to choose from in Volvo’s “grown-up” car lineup. The 2018 XC40 rivals the likes of the BMW X1, Audi Q3 and Mercedes-Benz GLA, and takes the battle to the competition with a battalion of safety features, segment first features, proper SUV styling and Volvo India's promise of competitive pricing. So is this THE SUV to bait the new generation of luxury car buyers?
