i have bought a davo 703 vehicle for 1 year and the battery is complient from starting and now the vehicle battery is completly dead (shutdown battery) the company is not responding

I am using this bike past 1 month they said 110 km running but it's given 50 below only when battery showing 40% suddenly bike automatically off very worst

I have been using this electric vehicle for 8 months, and unfortunately, it hasn't been satisfactory. The main issue is that even after a 100% charge, the vehicle suddenly stops when the battery level is below 40%. The actual range on a full charge is only 150 to 60 km.
