I purchased my bajaj chetak 3501 in march 2025 (delivered in april 2025) for ₹1.85 lakh on emi.I have always tried to maintain my scooter and completed services at 1, 000 km, 5, 000 km, 10, 000 km, 16, 000 km (battery replacement), And 24, 500 km.Unfortunately, I missed the 20, 000 km service because of unavoidable reasons.The nearest authorized service center is 70 km away, Making it difficult to visit on time.What disappoints me is that no one informed me at the time of purchase that missing a single scheduled service would make me ineligible for the extended battery warranty or affect my warranty benefits.If this had been explained clearly, I would never have missed the service.Now i'm being told i cannot get the extended battery warranty.The battery costs around ₹60, 000, And this is a huge burden after investing ₹1.85 lakh in the scooter.I am not asking for special treatment—only a fair review of my genuine case.I have maintained my vehicle responsibly, And this was a one-time missed service.Please reconsider my request and help me continue with the extended battery warranty.I believe bajaj chetak values its customers and will support genuine cases like mine.

This bajaj chetak is great for value. This scooter perfectly balance style, quality and performance. The premium metal body gives a solid, durable finish that justifice the price. With a good battery range for daily use low1charging cost helps a lot to save for fuel. Over all this provide a premium features with comfort at a price1that feels totally worth it.

Bajaj chetak is very stylish scooty. all major features are available in top (3501) model. you can select model based on your features requirment. Safety parameters is good in chetak. I can feel safe during my rides.comfort is ok. battery is main area of concern. my chetak (3502) battery got replaced with in 6 month of purchase (after 2400km) only

Nice scooter for a family. Because it give all functions that a basic family needs. it has a great mileage and fuel capacity. It have a huge capacity for storing our daily routine things. It has a huge benefit of that We don't worry about insurance and pollution of it. Everyone can use this in our home from kids to grandparents.

Chetak has the best comfort and best breaking among all other ev scooters it has a decent range of 105 km on single charge it charges in 5 to 6 hours and it is my favourite scooter

I like too much i need this electric scooter because its a eco friendly and too much stylish and comfortable so i want this scooter very soon inshallah
