As the proud owner of a Bajaj Pulsar NS160, I have had quite the adventure zipping through the busy streets and occasional long stretches of my city. Purchased just over a year ago, this bike with its 160.3 cc engine offers the zest I need with a peak power of 15.5 PS and believe me, it does make a difference. The torque of 14 Nm coupled with a 5 speed gearbox ensures a smooth ride even in tricky traffic.Riding comfort is considerable, thanks to its well seat and upright riding posture, making even the longer commutes manageable.

I love my Bajaj Pulsar NS160 as it is a stylish and fuel-efficient 164.82cc bike, perfect for daily rides. Its engine delivers 14.5 PS of power and 14.1 Nm of torque, with a top speed of around 110 kmph. Riders get around 45-50 kmpl in the city. It's comfortable with a split seat and upright riding position. The handling is decent, though some feel the suspension is stiff on rough roads. Safety features include disc brakes with optional ABS. While it's stylish and economical, vibrations are noticeable at high speeds.

Bajaj Pulsar NS160 Pros and Cons
Pulsar NS160 Positives Points: It packs a pretty powerful engine, Shares the capable perimeter frame with larger Pulsars, Stopping power is pretty good.
Pulsar NS160 Negatives Points: Engine refinement could have been better, It isn’t feature-rich like its segment rivals, It is the heaviest 160cc motorcycle.
Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : While the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 BS6 might not have many tangible features to justify the price hike due to BS6 norms, it more than makes up for it with raw performance. In fact, it is the most powerful motorcycle in its segment, making it ideal for enthusiasts who prioritise performance over anything else.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 Experience
Since the day I bought the Bajaj Pulsar NS160, it has been nothing short of a thrilling companion on the roads. With its 160.3cc engine producing 15.5 horsepower and 14.6 Nm of torque it strikes a perfect balance between power and agility. Its sleek design and the signature aggressive headlight give it a sporty look while the riding position and suspension setup offer a comfortable ride even on bumpy roads. However I have noticed the bike struggles a bit when it comes to fuel efficiency specially in heavy traffic conditions.
