Initial pickup

5.0

Initial pickup is bit slow, Gradually picks up.Very stable and well balaned.Ahead of its time.Still i own and run a2011 model ss125.Absolutely trouble free.Only ill knowledged mechanics spoil this bike.Main problems with yamaha is useless c**p service centres neither spares nor trained mechanics. My bike clocked appox 80k running with same original parts.Only sprocket set tyres speedo clutch cables replaced.Speedometer repaired. All shocks, Clutch, Gears, Engine intact. In my place yamaha service centre guy replaced a over sized spark plug and screved up the volves of course they got it repaired.

Nonstop journey

5.0

Gladiator ss 125 cc is an excellent bike with superb features. I have been using this bike since 2008. Very comfortable riding position.Excellent road grip and balance.Never ever skids in mud or any type of road. Bike starts at a single kick whatsoever weather conditions vibrations at all and once you cross 60 kmph engine sound becomes very smooth and very low. Gears shifting is very smooth even after 12 years of rough usage. Ridden more than 180000 km on this bike and nonstop journey of 500+ km in a single day for more than 15 to 20 times. I love this bike.

Spare parts

3.8

It's a best 125cc bike that yamaha have been launched. Its milleage is minum 45 to maxinum 65.Uts maintenance cost is less than compared to other 125cc bikes. But it's availability of spare parts is big problem since yamaha have been stop production of the bike.

Fuel-Efficient

A very fuel-efficient and hassle-free bike. It revs faster than other 125cc competitors. It shouldn't have been discontinued, as it was a really stylish sports commuter bike. An all-purpose bike that should have been updated with modern features.
