Q. Is it good for long rides?
  • Yamaha Aerox 155 is one of the quickest scooters in the segment. It is very powerful and aggressive. It is powered by a 155cc engine which makes 15PS. The Aerox 155 rolls on 14-inch tyres sprung on a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. With a 790mm seat height and 126kg kerb weight, it is fairly accessible too. Its ground clearance, though, is a bit low at 145mm. For the braking process, the Aerox employs a 230mm disc up front along with a 130mm drum brake at the rear. All these specs make it a great option for long rides and the ergonomics are pretty good as well.
  • Riding in an Aerox is comfortable, the seat is great and the way the engine works is smooth. It's enjoyable to ride in city streets. For long drives though, I think an Nmax is better because you can extend your legs. But for it's price, the Aerox is good choice for long rides. The under seat storage is spacious enough, fuel economy is good, torque is good (for the 155cc category), brake's are alright even though the rear is a drum brake, and you'll look sporty while while touring!
  • Yes, I proved it by riding continued 18000 kilometres in 65 days.
