If you have maintenance issue.... I ll not recommend 500...it had good power but...if you had the word mileage... definitely think b/w 350 - 500....and it depends

I have experience with TB 500X. Superb riding experience, centre of gravity is beautifully poised with TBX, great riding happiness on a cruiser mode. High torque at low RPMs ensures good ride quality in off roads.No experience with interceptor

Q. I am in so much dialama to opt between Thunderbird 350X and 500X. I have driven the bike and felt 500 has much more to give than 350 but my concern only started when I heard from some people regarding EFI (peolple have even changed back to carburetors) and fuel pump problems in 500. not to mention 500cc comes with costly spares than 350. Thunderbird is my dream bike so not able to select other vehicles eighter(Himalayan or Interceptor). So please 500 owners can u suggest me which to go for?

After Classic 500 - natural upgrade is Int650. Much superior product in terms of technology. Only thing which you may not comfortable with - is seating. It's slightly more aggresive. Pls take a trial & decide. But remeber - TB 500 is not being upgraded to BS 6. Decide immediately.

Hi, being an old thunderbird user u might know everything about the engine of that beast. still if u feel u wana continue using the same then thunderbird 500X is apt. However, if u wana try another than a crusier model, den Himalayan is a best pick for all round commute. Interceptor is a much more modern big which is ment for sporty styling and speed which cannot come in handy for crusier user. I feel it's better if u go for a test drive and select the one which suits you

Being riding thunderbird 500x for last 4 month with 4000km.i am highly satisfied. The longest run on single day is around 780km.my ht is 5.6 and wt 75 kg, and i don't feel any issue handling the thunderbird 500x.only disadvantage i face is to run in city traffic with jam, movering the heavy beast is really tough there, anyway it seems i will be accustomed to it. Else i love to ride the beast

Since you are 5'2" go for avenger cruise 220 ABS. 500X Can be tricky for you to handle. nevertheless take a test ride and get the feel. my suggestion: avenger 220.

It's a 197kg bike so roadgrip is fantastic . also, the ergonomics give you manoeuvrability at high speed like a sports bike. bucket seat is giving proper cruiser feel and relaxed riding experience. all in all total value for money.

It all boils down your needs and affordability. 500cc has alot of higher end bike tech in it. so obviously it demands more care and expertise to maintain. (it's common among any high end bikes) I own a TB 500X and except for services cost I have not faced any issues..!and yea there is a 5years extended warranty from company if you only get the serviced from RE service centre at regular intervals..! 350 is not a bad bike but if you wana step up a notch be ready for the costs and polished riding style

350x is easier to maintain and quite reliable. 500x has more power and has fi but in case of maintaining it has gone above par. Some where 500cc bikes of RE are hard to maintain. If you are spending for about 2.5 to 3L you should definitely go for Interceptor 650twins for this is the best. Otherwise you go for TB350x. It is good reliable and easier to maintain. Good luck with the choice.

GT sitting position is not suitable for city use. it's only good for highways. besides, you may consider interceptor. both of them have twin engine and more power than TBX500 obviously because of 650cc. if you are not going for long rides it's no use taking a bike with such high power output. TBX500 is good for both city rides, highways, long rides and lots of space for pillion. take test ride of all three , weigh your requirements and then select final model. happy riding.
