Q. Do we need license to ride Polarity Smart Sport?

No
You need no license or registration in India for scooters that have their top speed capped at 25km per hour or has a motor of 250W or lower. However, the Polarity Smart Sport is powered by a 3000 W Hub Motor, it is available in three variants, S1K, S2K and S3K. and the top speed of S1K is a 1kW motor that has a claimed top speed of 45kmph. The S2K uses a 2kW motor which catapults it to a claimed top speed of 70kmph while the S3K gets a 3kW mill which is capable of delivering a top speed of 100kmph. Thus, Polarity Smart Sport requiring license and registration.

Q. Without using gear Polarity Smart Sport can run only with padel?

Polarity smart sport lithium-ion battery can be fully charged in 2 hours via a fast charger but takes 4 hours to fully charge via a conventional power socket.You can expect a range of around 80km on a single charge.
