Mahindra Two Wheelers has reported its sales numbers for November 2015, posting healthy sales figures of its two wheelers.

In all, Mahindra Two Wheelers sold 19,088 units in November 2015, accounting for 18,061 units in domestic sales.  Exports for the month stood at 1027 units. That’s nearly 4,500 more unit sales than the same month last year, when Mahindra Two Wheelers sold 14,579 units.

Mahindra’s automatic scooter Gusto, as well as the Centuro range of commuter motorcycles have been leading sales for the two wheeler maker. Sales have been consistent, if not, hitting the roof. With the launch of the mid-sized touring motorcycle Mojo, Mahindra Two Wheelers will be looking forward to ending the calendar year on a high.

Already, there has been considerable demand for the Mahindra Mojo launched last month, and the company has already hiked prices by Rs 5,000, after an introductory price offer of Rs 1.58 lakh. The Mojo is powered by a 295cc, single-cylinder, liquid cooled engine that makes 28PS power at 8,000rpm and peak torque of 30Nm at 5000rpm.

The Mahindra Mojo is the flagship offering from Mahindra Two Wheelers and it has taken five years of development since it was first showcased at the Auto Expo in 2010.
