Isuzu opens first dealership in Noida

Isuzu India opened its first dealership in Uttar Pradesh in the NCR town of Noida. Farhenheit Isuzu is a sales, service and spares facility located at sector 63, Noida and will have the MU-7 SUV and D-Max range of pickups on display. Spread over 14,000 sq. ft, the dealership plans to cater to Noida and western Uttar Pradesh. Prices of the MU-7 start from Rs 19.99 lakh and the D-MAX range is priced from Rs 6.13 lakh onwards (all prices ex-showroom Noida).

Commenting on the occasion, Takashi Kikuchi, Managing Director, Isuzu Motors India, said, “This development marks our entry into the third largest economy of India which contributes to approximately 15% of the total automobile sales in the country. UP is a key market in Isuzu’s growth strategy for India and we are hopeful that the launch of this dealership will help us further strengthen our position.”  

For a company that is yet to commence production in India, Isuzu is expanding its network at a fast pace. By the end of next financial year, the Japanese carmaker has plans to open 60 outlets across India. In North India, Gurgaon, Jaipur and Punjab will get a dealership each by end of this financial year. Prior to this, Isuzu has already established presence across seven states in India including Delhi, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana and Karnataka with dealerships in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Madurai, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati and Cochin.
