Apart from the connectivity features, there isnt much comparison between the seltos and the hector.Hector is a bigger car in all aspects and the price difference will also be there. Both will be top notch but size wise both are very different.

Bro it worth buying I am using it is a really brilliant car I would suggest you to go for it. And BS1V is not a main concern because BSIV PETROL WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY IN 2020.
MG Hector is available with two petrol and one diesel engine option to choose from. a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol unit, a 2.0-litre diesel engine, and Hector also gets a mild-hybrid variant which is equipped with a 48V mild-hybrid system mated to the 1.5-litre petrol engine. Selecting one would depend on the usage and budget of an individual. If you drive for about 50 kilometres or more in a day then you may opt for the diesel engine and vice versa. As for the petrol engines, the mild-hybrid is only available in the higher Super, Smart and Sharp variants and could be a good option as mild-hybrid aids in the fuel-efficiency. Also, take a test drive of the car before making the final decision as it would help a lot in making up your mind.
