  • Q. What is the difference between Creta Kappa and Seltos smartstream engines?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 1 year ago

The smartstream engine will be equipped with the Continuously Variable Valve Duration (CVVD) technology. CVVD enables the engine to switch seamlessly between different combustion cycles depending on load, maximizing efficiency in all driving situations. The Smartstream engine produces the same power as the Kappa engine line – 100 ps or 120 ps – but enables 16% higher peak torque output for 120 ps variants (200 Nm).

    • Good Car

I have gone with the Creta sx (o) ivt variant almost 11 months ago. On long drives, I had an excellent driving experience to date. Braking at a very speed is tremendous as discs are provided on both front and rear wheels. Ac's performance and other comforts are noticeable. Boot space sometimes seems to be limited, The same can be increased with some changes in the design of the cover provided for hiding the spare wheel. Pick-up is no doubt unmatchable, Which can be confirmed while overtaking on express/ high-ways.No more features, As such, Are required in this car, I think it has all those which are available in high-end cars only. Even at a speed of 160 kmph, No vibrations or instability was noticed. Being an IVT variant, Gear shifting is clueless/ unnoticeable.

      Nexen tyres

I have Purchased New Creta 1.5CRDI SX(O). After Driving about only 500kms my feedback about car is really good. All features are really good EXCEPT TYRES. NEXEN TYRES are of really Inferior quality. I am truly unsatisfied by these tyres. In about driving 300Kms One of the tyres got bursted. I got it replaced from the service center. But Now after driving 200 kms more one of other side TYRE bursted. As a regular Hyundai Customer i did not expect this type of poor quality material from Hyundai.

      Rough driver

Car is good looking and attractive thus purchased the SX manual but getting regret now on. It misses lot of safety and convince features. Engine performance is not enough, lot of down shift and day by day it looks like engine is getting poor. You pay a huge amount onroad for this but you don't get what you deserve, suggest alternative who wanna buy this. Mileage is also an issue everyone facing. Too away from what Hyundai claims. I tried everything, I am not a rough driver and keeps car within economical limits and good smooth drives but still mileage is hardly 8-9 kmpl. You get bulky SUV but not an luxury and a powerful car. 1.5 ltr petrol engine is not for you if you want smooth comfortable ride.

      Light offroading

Hyundai creta 2020 is king of SUV of its sagment. It has got peppy and powerful engine and very fun to drive and silent engine.its over performance is best in class. Its exterior design is futuristic and aerodynamic and interior is premium with spacious cabin. Driving in both city and highway is best in class you feel confident even in 3digit speed. We cand do light offroading also and you never feel powerlag as i have driven mostly in hill side and rural area.Im very happy with my creta 2020 and hyundai after sale service and resale value is best in india after Maruti. Its diesel engine is very silent powerful and fuel economy.

      Minimal vibration

I purchased Creta SX Diesel Manual before 2 months and had driven 6000 kms. I have driven the car both inside city and in highway. Car has been pretty amazing. Comfort, style and safety has been top notch. My total avg mileage has been around 20.6 kmpl. my top speed in the car is 190 kmph and felt amazing stability and very minimal vibration. Doors and body of the car is very steady and you can feel it when you drive. Overall it has been an amazing experiance.
