    Mercedes-Benz has launched the facelifted E-Class in India at Rs 63.60 to Rs 80.90 lakh(ex-showroom, Delhi). Its wheelbase is longer than the standard model by 205mm. The E-Class follows Mercedes’ latest design language. A new AMG Line variant with a six-cylinder diesel engine is also on offer. The new E-Class gets a makeover at the front and rear end, with sleek headlamps, a wider grille, two-piece tail lamps, and revised bumpers. The silhouette of the side profile remains the same as the previous-gen model. On the inside, it continues to feature the same layout but with a new dual-spoke steering wheel and touch-controlled steering functions. Mercedes offers the E-Class with a 197PS 2.0-litre petrol, a 194PS 2.0-litre diesel, and a 286PS 3.0-litre diesel engine. Paired to a 9-speed automatic transmission, power is transmitted to the rear wheels. Mercedes-Benz E-Class is available in 5 variants and 6 different colours. The facelifted E-Class features Mercedes’ latest MBUX infotainment system, digital instrumentation, a Burmester sound system, three-zone climate control, Mercedes-Me connected car tech with over-the-air updates, powered front and rear seats, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless phone charger, cruise control, and LED lamps. Safety is covered by seven airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring, active brake assist, 360-degree camera, and parking assist with camera and sensors.     He Mercedes-Benz E-class sedan is getting a more powerful base engine for 2020, and with it, the designation for the four-cylinder model changes from E300 to E350. The updated turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four makes 255 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque, 14 hp more than before and the same amount of torque.
