The Creta is expensive. But, it feels like you’re getting your money’s worth. It’s well-built, has a comfortable ride, enough gizmos to keep you occupied and a brilliant set of engines. You’ll have trouble upgrading from this one. With several new features, the Hyundai Creta 2018 has become a stronger package than ever! The 2018 Creta has been infused with plenty of updates to take on rivals like the Maruti S-Cross, Renault Duster and Renault Captur.

  • Q. Which one is better automatic or manual?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 1 year ago

It depends on your driving requirements. Manual transmissions offer much greater control over the vehicle's driving dynamics. There's really no substitute for the driving experience and level of control over the vehicle that a manual transmission can offer. Apart from it, if you are more like the average driver who simply wants to get from one place to another in the most efficient and comfortable way possible, or will be driving in stop-and-go traffic then go with the AT.

  • Q. Which is better Tata Nexon petrol automatic or Creta petrol automatic?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 4 months ago

It would be tough to give a verdict on both the cars comparison as the Tata Nexon is a Sub 4 meter SUV whereas the Hyundai Creta is a compact SUV. Both cars are offered with amazing features and driving comfort. The Tata Nexon is offered with AMT or semiautomatic manual transmission as compared to Hyundai Creta's AT(Automatic Transmission). The Basic difference between the Tata Nexon's AMT and Hyundai Creta's AT is the transmission on the Nexon can also be used as a Manual transmission whereas the Hyundai Creta AT can only be driven by the automatic transmission. Moreover, the selection completely depends on ones' choice and preference. Therefore we would recommend to take the test drive of the car so as to pick the best one.

  • Q. In Hyundai Creta manual petrol model which is best?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 5 months ago

The best variant is the top model the SX(O) is the fully loaded, top-of-the-line variant of the Creta and gets a plethora of features including significant safety features. And a premium of Rs 1.5 lakh over the previous variant, for these features, is amply justified in our books. So, if you don’t mind spending extra, we would suggest you go for this variant considering the high level of safety and features it offers. Read more. • Q. I want to buy an Automatic car from long, is Creta Petrol automatic worth buying compared to its manual version?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 6 months ago

The petrol engine on the Creta is the 1.6L VTVT unit carried over from Verna. This engine churns out 123PS of power and 151Nm of torque. This engine offers adequate performance. Much like it is in the Verna, the engine doesn’t do anything to excite. It offers easy driveability in the city but needs you to apply a calm driving style. To really get the performance out of this motor, you do have to push it but that will take its toll on fuel efficiency. Even on the highway, it’s best to pick a lane and stick with it. High-speed overtakes will take some planning and you will have to stick to lower gears on inclines as well, especially if you have passengers on board. So, if you want a car for long rides and highway cruising, opt for manual transmission version.
