    According to dealer sources, Hyundai has discontinued the Creta’s MT-equipped petrol and diesel variants of the second-from-the-top SX trim. The carmaker earlier introduced a new mid-spec SX Executive trim, which comes with a manual gearbox only and is positioned below the SX. However, the discontinuation is yet to reflect on Hyundai’s official website. We reckon Hyundai discontinued the said variants due to having introduced the new SX Executive, which is available with a 6-speed MT only and the same engine options as the SX. It is Rs 78,800 more affordable than the now-discontinued SX variants.
