    I purchased the new Car – Jeep IN 2019. Upon driving the car, Initially the Clutch was got malfunctioned at a vehicle run of approx. 2000 kms . Now again at a KMs run of 12500, it again burnt.I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.While I do understand that manufacturing errors can happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. Also, twice it happen. Really Not expected a Company like - JEEP.This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation. Vikas Banger

    I don't think so, the problem is rectified, Maybe with the 2021 model.. Not sure. I had bought the new Jeep Compass in January 2021, and I am facing the Clutch issue with my sport plus model. This car is not good for the city and bumper-to-bumper traffic. I contacted the Jeep Service, but the answer was, it not a known issue and maybe because of driving style. Jeep is my 4th car and I was driving Skoda about 93000 KM and I never had any issues with the clutch. I am very much disappointed with the purchase of my Jeep and I am planning to get rid of this

    Sorry, I'm not questioning your driving skills but did you drive the car with the half clutch pressed and simultaneously apply the accelerator too? Or when you stop on signals do you keep it in first gear with the clutch pressed continuously? I'm asking this because I lost my clutch just after 4000 km and never drive with riding the clutch. so are there any precautions we need to take while driving it in traffic? I own Jeep compass Diesel manual 2021 limited model.

    power is less compared to the weight. also it has got fewer features for the price. However it's a tank when it comes to safety.

    After installation of new clutch with gas kit installed, Average has been drastically dropped from 14.5 to 9.02 in city average books, Long routes it has come down to 19.08 to 13.09 max not acceptable, Service everything was done from official jeep service station.
