I recently bought a Wagon R ZXi 1.2L in Jan. I had a Rear Cam installed from the showroom. But the infotainment system does not show the Grid/Guidelines even though the option is enabled. The showroom and service center say that the feature is not available in my car. But the same infotainment system is installed on Ertiga, XL6, Swift etc where this feature works. Neither Maruti or Showroom are giving me a clear answer. Either this feature is specifically disabled on my car or my infotainment system is faulty.

Thank you for the answer. Is this the case even if the rear cam is an MGA and is installed from the showroom itself? The options on the touchscreen show that the feature is present and turned on but not displayed on the screen. This would mean that there are certain features which are disabled for certain car models, correct?

Hai sir, my problem is same. Guide lines are not display. I recently purchased, 2021 model. And my question is is your car come with spare wheel and jacky. In my car only spare wheel is there ,jocky missing that's the reason I asked . please give reply to my question.

I also have Spresso( March 2022) with similar problem ( guidelines not displayed even after enabling in the settings). But after some reasearch I found out that guidelines are given by the camera( not by the head unit) and the OEM camera installed by Dealer ( I think price about 5500/-) does not have that provision while the OEM cameras for Swift, Baleno and all have the guidelines provision ( price about 7500/8000)

I took delivery of wagon r ZXI in October 2021. Rear camera was installed by the dealer Kalyani Motor Banaswadi, Bangalore before delivery. Camera view is displayed on infotainment system, bur without guiding lines , though guiding line setting in infotainment system is 'ON'. My dealer Kalyani Motor Banaswadi, Bangalore fain absolute ignorance and helplessness. Any help?

Maruti Suzuki Wagon R does not get a rear parking camera as standard. Since you had the camera installed afterwards, it misses out on the guideline feature.
