The car has multiple issues and both the dealer & Toyota Kirloskar are unable to fix them. I am an unhappy Toyota Customer. The only good thing about the car is its inexpensive service.Issue #1-> Dull lethargic drive and slow pickup. Always feels underpowered. Not at all an exciting drive. Switching on the air-conditioning takes significant power away.Issue #2-> High cabin noise and vibrations. The engine gets uncomfortably noisy at RPMs over 4000.Issue #3-> Manufacturing defects and weak ergonomics. Rear wheel arches are missing an inside fender cover (Like that of Maruti Baleno OR that of the Camry). This transmits high road & tyre noise & vibration inside the cabin. Takes a toll on driving comfort.-> Driver armrest & Door armrest is placed in an inappropriate position. Driver armrest placement is an obstruction for the rear passengers. -> Poor plastic quality. -> Poorly positioned steering wheel. The steering wheel feels tad bit bigger to operateIssue #4-> Customer experience and service lapses. (With Espirit Toyota, Noida)-> On the first service visit, the dealership spent an entire day on the first 1000km inspection check. -> On the second service, same experience. Even though I was booked an appointment, I still had to wait the entire day for the service job.-> The dealership also denied E60 service by saying that it is done only for cars like Corolla & Innova. I have the call recording as well for this fraudulent statement.

Yaris is performing well, my vehicle has run 20000+ kilometres. it's giving average mileage of 15 to 16 km per litre. car runs very smooth. in the matter of sudden pick up it is less compared to turbo powered diesel engines. service cost till now was only Rs1500 at 10000 and 20000kms. both were free services,i have to see how much it would be at 30000kms.overall performance is ver satisfactory.

When it comes to performance the throttle response isn't that great as it comes with a CVT you can experience a bit of rubber band effect, which literally robs your confidence while overtaking but it performs really well post 2000rpm. So switch to Manual mode while having some fun and you got a 7speed CVT setup which is super smooth and quick. Overall in terms of performance I would give 4/5
