  • Q. Hey Guys, Got an opportunity to drive a VW Ameo of my colleague today. Just for 30 mins(appx) though. I am planning to add this car into my car search hunt as well. As you all know that i have taken a ride of i20 and Baleno. Would now like to include the VW polo and Ameo into my next test drive list. I have become a fan of the build quality of VW vehicles after the ride. My colleague suggested me that the spares of the said car and too expensive and it also disappointing a lot when it comes to mileage as it is a petrol vehicle. He suggested me to go for a VW Vento. Anyone over here who could share their experience with VW Polo and Ameo vehicles?

    Hi. I own a VW Ameo 1.2 of the first lot. I was the first to buy it in Pune. I have the manual variant since that was the only option. Now they have launched the 1 ltr Manual and the 1.5 diesel. Now it depends on your budget the Polo GT automatic is the best option and the Ameo diesel automatic. Also it depends how much u r commuting daily. Also the family size matters Ameo rear seat there is space constraints including the Polo. Servicing is once a year or 15000 Kms. Cost is up to 10000/- See the Ford Aspire launching on 4th October.Also one more thing the clutch is on the heavier side compared to Maruti or the hyundai.
