Q. I want to purchase new car and I am confuse between etios liva and ameo as volkswagen services and parts are some what more costly as compare to toyota. Pls guide me.

Hi congrats for purchasing a new car. Regarding the service and maintenance vw is on the higher side. Mine is petrol ameo and annual service will cost around rs.7600. The spair parts cost is also bit higher compared to other brands..if service and parts are your main concern then i ll suggest you to go for liva. But vw will give you better quality, safety and fit and finish. Mileage wise both are almost similar. Parts quality and comfort is little bit better for vw than toyota. Backseat space is more for liva.

Yes, VW positioning is slightly on the higher side though the build quality, finishing, and the overall ambience is premium than the Etios Liva. You can also look around for other cars in the segment which offers more space, practicality, and performance than these two cars.
