Q. I decided to buy a new petrol sub 4 meter SUV. My choices are KIA Sonet HTK or TATA Nexon XM or Maruti Vitara brezza LXI. Having lot bits of confusion choosing the right vehicle, Since each model having its own Pros and Cons. I don't have any particular requirements. But it should be overall good in engine performance, ride quality, safety, mileage, material quality, etc. Please suggest your opinion so that it will be very much helpful for me to buy a right car.

The base variant of Maruti Vitara Brezza does not offer much of the features and the cabin feels bare-bone. On the other hand, if you can stretch you budget a little further then the XM (S) variant of Tata Nexon could be a good option too. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of comfort and compatibility. The | 4 years agoI too was in the same dilemma - I was confused between top variants of Sonet and Nexon and mid variants of Creta which are all similarly priced (budget of 15-16 lakhs). Nexon has the best suspension and ride quality over bad roads, Sonet has the most features, Creta is bigger and more SUV like. So which one to choose? I spent a lot of time researching the pros and cons of each car and more than that I made a list of the most important features I wanted in my new car and finally arrived on Kia Sonet. 1) Great performance - I’m a car enthusiast and drive for fun instead of need. It’s mostly long drives and less city drive and I wanted a peppy fun to drive engine. I test drove Sonet and Nexon
Mahesh | 4 years agoGuys, Just go for NEXON. It was awesome car with 3 drive modes. If you are looking for mileage s**t to ECO mode, if you want performance shift to SPORTS mode. Its serves both the purposes. Its our wish. Coming to Comfort, Safety, Build Quality NEXON is par better in its segment. Looks wise 2020 Facelift is having definitely a good look. I don't want to comment on looks as its personal touchbase for everyone. It differs from person to peronsFINALY I VOT FOR NEXON

Drive safe bro as we all know kia seltos scored 3 star which is not acceptable with a price tag of rupees 20 lakhs. Kia sonet is much lighter than tata nexon that's why you feel that engine is peppy....also according to US kia....most the cars having heating transmission problem....take care of that too....but overall the car is very good... congratulations
Chittaranjan | 4 years agoI also have same querry in my mind for some time now....which compact SUV petrol version is best ....Though Tata Nexon gives maximum features ...it's ceramic layer on sides & top and specially the back side does not gives a SUV look at all....but back seat is more spacious than Kia sonet..can some one truly puts his experience in this forum.
Pawan | 4 years agoIn my view, Ist Choice BREZZA LXI,4cylinder Engine , Worryless upto 1lac Km,2) Kia Sonnet, (true feedbacks awaited,3cylinder)3) TATA Nexon,3Cylinder Engine,Good MUV, but poor service after sales,so less peace of mind.*Others Rest to individual preferance pls.but prices (+-)Rs.40000/- to 8.5lacs on Road Price Approx.*
RUBIN | 3 years agoI had two choices Tata nexon and Kia sonet. I took test drive of both cars. My observations. Nexon has superior build quality, Soft suspension, Little extra rear legroom..But ride quality and looks were not very impressive. But bit expensive Sonet Gtx plus diesel AT got tons of premium features. better drivability and ultra refined smooth engine, and unique stylish exterior looks has impressed my whole family. Finally we booked the Sonet.

Me too was in a lot of confusion state before finalizing Kia Sonet Diesel Automatic GTline. Loads of features, Ventilated seats, Punch that you look for as a driving pleasure. A truly happy and satisfied customer.bim driving it since October 2020.
Manoj | 4 years agoYes, go ahead and book TATA Nexon... Check Back Seat comfort and Thai Support, you will know who is better.. Go man go. TATA is TATA, Nexon no one can compete..

You said it.. The ceramic layer, esp on the backside, is its worst feature. It spoils Nexon's otherwise great looks. It's backside is very poorly designed...
The | 4 years ago@ Fam | Is it petrol manual or diesel. I have booked petrol manual but I am worried about the performance. The bhp and torque is less
Yes bro, the manual petrol engine is poor on performance. Don’t go for it, go in for IMT instead with the turbo petrol engine.
