Mercedes-Benz E-Class

Features: The 2024 Mercedes-Benz E class gets features like a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, a 14.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a separate 12.3-inch entertainment screen for the co-driver. It also gets reclining rear seats with under-thigh support, powered front seats with memory function, automatic climate control, a self-facing camera, panoramic sunroof, a 17-speaker Burmester 4D sound system, dual wireless phone chargers, powered tailgate and 64-colour ambient lighting. Safety in the new E-Class is ensured by multiple airbags, electronic stability control, front and rear parking sensors with 360-degree camera, ABS with EBD, tyre pressure monitoring system and an ADAS system.

Engine: The 2024 E-Class gets two engine options- a 2-litre diesel and a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine. Both the engines get a mild-hybrid tech that produces a boost of 27 PS for around 30 seconds. There is only one transmission option for both the engines which are mated to a 9-speed automatic that pushes power to the rear wheels. The E-Class E450 has been introduced with a more potent 3-litre six-cylinder petrol engine which makes 381 PS.

Rivals: The all-new E-Class rivals the Audi A6 and the BMW 5 Series LWB.

Variants: The 2024 E-Class is offered in three variants: E200(Petrol), E220d(Diesel), and E450(Petrol) Colours: The E Class can be had in five colour options: Obsidian Black, High Tech Silver, Graphite Grey, Polar White and Nautic Blue.
