Both the models that you have mentioned here are mileage-driven bikes. As for popularity Splendor Pro is an edge above and would fetch you better resale value.As for performance HF has a lighter body weight hence is less stable when brakes are applied suddenly. However, HF is much more stylish in design and looks than Splendor; this choice is, of course, subjective. Maintenance cost for both the bikes is quite reasonable and spares too readily available in every nook and corner of the country. But servicing at Hero workshop is expensive. Go for either of the bikes but I will suggest Splendor Pro because of its higher resale value.
