    I would put my finger on the 350 as compared to the 500. a) 500 are much fewer in numbers, hence parts availability all the time in tier 2/3 towns is less.b) 500 is a fuel guzzler and not economical to ride.c) for a 500, compared to other 500 cc bikes, RE is very sluggish.

    500cc royal enfield is fuel injected not carburated and fuel injection need technically very well sound mechanic which royal enfield don't have and may not always available in local area so better go for a 350cc unless you need to go to ladakh with pillion.

    The answer is 350 CC or 500 CC . Definitely RE 500 CC is best in power & Performance. If you compromise in mileage go for RE 500 CC.
