Yes. It comes from the front wheel. Very much irritating and attention diverting while driving. We had taken up this matter with their Service station at Kolhapur. It was blurted out that it is due to the design problem of the model. The fellow at the service station greased it. For some time the sound stopped but again it has started. It starts all of a sudden and stops on its own. Why can't the Seller/Manufacturer rectify this problem? How to get this problem addressed? We paid top dollar for the vehicle. In return this is what we get!!

I have the same problem, the squeaking sound irritates me. I even feel awkward in front of people when I'm riding. I searched everywhere google to youtube and I think its a fuel pump problem which is giving that whistling sound. Its not the brakes for sure. One more problem is the fuel gauge. Is it really Italian ?

Yes! My Aprillia Sr 160 has the same issue....very annoying sound comes from front wheel. At first i could hear the whistling sound with low intensity as i acclerates the sound gets intensified ....pertinent to mention sometimes it gets disappered but comes back then....plz help me out,...

Yes, it happened on the second day. It comes from the sensor near the front wheel. It was sorted by the tech after that the noise didn’t come. It is a manufacturing defect and so is the fuel gauge which shows zero fuel even though the tank is half full. The suspension needs a serious look in as even due to gaps between road, metal lids the sock gets the bike out of control.

I have heard the whistling sound when one Aprilia revved past me. I thought it as an artificial electronic sound added deliberately by the company. What's it ?

I'm facing same issue... service center never help you bcoz technician are very less knowledgeable, even so may noise came from other body parts if your drive off-roading.. I'm totally frustrated... just bought in sep 2022.. and, you cant faith on fuel indicator.

There is no fault in the vehicle or the parts installed. The engine is designed in such a way that it produces sound when rode at high speeds while going above 40kmph the intensity of sound rises and doesn't stop until vehicles engine is off. So no need to worry anything about it.

Yes, my aprilia SR125 (BS6) has this issue , odo now at 1700km , fuel pump already changed by company, recently completed third service. its not clear from where the sound comes from, the whistling sound gradually gains like a siren and randomly occurs and stops within few moments. No issues on riding performance of the vehicle.
