Please confirm what's deluxe? Livo is a very good city bike. It's stable on Highway also. However Shine would be a more appropriate bike on the highway.

Livo is not technically superior. Do not depend on online reviews. Contact real time users, mechanics and take a test ride. All the best

I personally drive a Livo...good styling ...but not so great mileage....vibrations beyond 65 kmph...low pickup
