Earth Energy EV has launched the Evolve Z for Rs 1,30,000 and it will reach dealerships by mid-April 2021. Pre-bookings have already commenced for a token amount of just Rs 1000 via Earth EV’s website. You can read our dedicated launch story for full details.

On paper, the Evolve Z seems pretty promising. It makes 5.3kW of power and 56Nm of torque, with a claimed top speed of 95kmph. Along with this, the e-bike has a claimed range of 100km, thanks to its 96Ah battery. The charging time of the battery is 2.5 hours with a conventional charger while it can charge from 0 to 80% in only 40 minutes with a fast charger.

On the technological front, the Evolve Z boasts of a 5-inch digital instrument cluster that displays battery percentage, speed, and adaptive range. It also gets turn by turn navigation as standard along with LED lighting. Earth EV also has a dedicated app for its offerings.

Aimed at the daily commuter, the Evolve Z gets sporty styling and according to the brand, it takes its design cues from diamonds. It gets ABS as standard along with front and rear disc brakes. The Evolve Z goes head-on with the Revolt RV 400, and the upcoming KM 4000.
