I bought ampere magnus ex in may 2023.Starting first two months it has no issues.But on third month bike was stopped running while riding in middle of road.All display has light, Mcb is ok but bike couldn't start.And big problem is no prompt service & road side assistance.No trained technicians available in service centre.This troubles me lot.On fifth month horn button has gone.Now also while riding sudden stop in middle of road that makes me trouble as i am working woman.I have to travel distance daily about 20 to 30 kms.So this makes me quite disappointed with this ev bike.No supportive or quick services.

I have purchase magnus ex before 1 year i can't suggest any one to buy this worst product, Poor material is used in vehical.Switches, Charging, Light issues are normally is thi e-vehicle, Every month i have to go to company for repairing, And now there is no trained machenics in the service center.Very very disappointed by this product.

An average performing ev two vehiler very cheap quality of parts have been used in this vehicle every switch used in this ev got amaged within the 6 months of purchase the led head lamp also got damaged the high beam of the headlight doesnt work any more crackes got developed it self near the rear hand rest

I purchased the vehicle on january 2022 after 2-3 months the vehicle started giving trouble.It stopped in the middle of the road suddenly and luckly i could manage to put the vehicle on side.The vehicle doesnt get on everything will be blank and you have to reset the mcb.I sent the video of the same to the dealer he said he couldn't find what the problem is.Then the second problem started mcb trips off without any reason when its parked at night or day no reason of overheating too suddenly without any reason you have to restart and move.When i complained to the dealer the dealer said to replace the mcb for which i paid and got it rectified but till time the problem is not rectified for what reason its happening they are not able to find out nor give solutions.I suggest don't take any risk of buying this magnus vehicle.

I bought a magnus ex in august 2022, Till now done 12000 kms.There are basic issues with the vehicle.It does not charges properly.Is has a full plastic look.Its has a snag for few seconds after release of brakes.As they say top speed is 50 its only for first 20 kms later on it drops.In h mode max mileage is 60 kms and e mode is 80 kms.

I have been using mangnus ex since july it is allover good but the main problem is its loading capacity we can't add more 100 kg on it ( including the rider) if do so then it's pickup become slow

Ampere magnus has added led headlamps, Which are now standard in the electric scooter market.A usb charger is also located in the front pocket, Which undoubtedly increases convenience.The utility compartments included inside the scooter show that ampere gave considerable consideration to the rider's convenience.
