I m using Victor and fully satisfied With Pick Up, Comfort & Mileage. as Usual TVS Bikes are always Known for low Maintenance.Honda Shine Will Never Gives You Good Mileage CC of Both Bikes are Different But Victor is Too Good in pick up because OF HIS 3 valve technology.

Victor has great pick up with average of 62 to 65 KMPL, Looks are sporty & Muscular. Unbelievable performance in 110 CC segment bike.Radeon is also 110 cc bike with average of 65 to 70 KMPL, Classic looks, BHP Power is Slightly less then Victor .choice is your according to your use and wants.
It is not solved, don't buy TVS bikes
I was purchased tvs victor in April 2019 After using 5 months I faced self start problems till now. Service center not solve this problem... And my opinion don't buy this bike for daily uses

Driving Experience: Smooth aur comfortable, city ke liye perfect. Mileage: 50–60 km/l (achha mileage). Pickup: Normal se good, daily use ke liye enough. Engine: Smooth aur reliable performance. Service Cost: Low aur affordable maintenance. Build Quality: Decent aur strong body. Overall: TVS Victor ek economical aur reliable bike hai daily riding ke liye.

The excellent bike

The bike speed seat and jumpers are so comfortable. The ride and so smooth change super mileage and the tyre quality is a so good.

One of the best bike in industry

I have used since 9 years. The bike is extremely good and having a good average of 70 -80 kmpl and maintenance sometimes took high but the bike is almost a good choice.
