The 85ps diesel gives good mileage of 19kmpl on highway and 15kmpl in city.The car is really comfortable and spacious.Ride quality is excellent and no turbo lag but please think twice before choosing this car because spare parts are really expensive.If you meet with an accident or if the vehicle is roughly used then you will have to pay an enormous amount for any kind of replacement or repair and finally renault's after sales service is bad.

Thala's Duster 2016-2019 gives mileage of 19 kmpl on Diesel engine and Manual transmission

Replaced part

Excellent engine but poor interior.Parts are two expensive i used 1lack km in 3 years.And during this time encountered two big engine issues.Although everything was covered in warranty otherwise replaced part was 40k.

Shock absorbers

The maintenance cost is very high and Parts get failed early leading to too much of Cost. Shock absorbers as per my experience are prone to failure and are costly

As of now, we haven't encountered any such issue with the fuel injection of Renault Duster. Moreover, the BS6 Duster is only available with two petrol engines: a 106PS 1.5-litre naturally aspirated option and a 156PS 1.3-litre turbo-petrol unit. Q. What about the cvt transmission in duster. is it good or not?

It is not good and cannot be repaired and very expensive to replace by new.I have my duster since four years only and did sixty kilometers driving and it is broken down.it is a disaster it will cost me 9000 dollars to replace.

Duster is good , but only two air bags and The maintenance cost is very high and parts specially Shock absorbers fail and cost is very high.Hyundai should be good
