India Bike Week (IBW), is India’s largest motorcycle festival, and it is set to return on December 4 and 5, 2026. The festival will once again be held in Panchgani, Maharashtra, marking the second consecutive year that IBW will take place away from its previous home in Vagator, Goa. The venue was shifted to Maharashtra last year due to a clash between the event dates and local zilla parishad elections in Goa.
IBW 2026 will continue to offer a packed mix of motorcycle-related activities, including races, stunt shows, custom builds, live music, camping, food stalls and gear stores. The organisers have planned five different race events covering dirt, off-road, time trial and arena formats. Registrations for these races will be separate from the main event registration.
Riders taking part in the races will need an FMSCI licence. However, the organisers have clarified that a one-time licence can be obtained while registering for the races. The festival will also feature three live music performances, although the artist line-up has not been announced yet. Camping, bonfires and custom motorcycle events will add to the overall experience.
IBW is also teasing organised rides to the festival from major cities, along with event-specific merchandise. Registrations and more details for these are expected to be announced closer to the event. Importantly, owning a motorcycle is not necessary to attend IBW. The event is open to motorcycle enthusiasts and visitors from all walks of life. Unlike last year, the organisers have clarified that tickets for IBW 2026 will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
