    In India, people prefer diesel even in luxury cars. Moreover, luxury cars with diesel engines have more resale value due to their more demand & for more torque . At the end its the personal choice of the buyer to opt out of diesel or petrol, both engines are good, but if you would like more power & acceleration , then buy M Sports 530 D( Diesel)

    The 530i is a good buy ... I presume economy is not a factor to be considered
